Easy to deal with, very understanding and prompt with replacing my camera

My camera malfunctioned after 3 night’s use but the customer service team were great. I had to go through their troubleshooting steps via online chat and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they asked me to send a video through. Within 24 hours, they’d shipped a replacement camera including a shipping label to return the faulty camera. It arrived in a couple of days and the new one hasn’t had any issues.

I'm not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but this one was hard to walk away from. I've been through 2 baby monitors and/or cameras and I have to say this is by far, the best that I've personally used.
The quality, the visual look and the overall feel of the product is second to none.
There is absolutely no delay in the viewing (which is something I struggled with quite a bit). I've currently been using the camera with the snake attachment and it's been incredible. I truly cannot fault the product.
I love how easy it is to use and setup and it even looks super cute on my bub's cot. I truly swear by it, you won't regret it.

Purchased this monitor as we wanted a wifi-free one that was transportable and had clear video. Based on the description, it meets those requests. Have yet to test it out but looking forward to using it when baby arrives. Also very cute design.

This mount is so good, can be used at different heights and wrap tightly around anything. Very easy to use, love it

For our previous baby we first bought the owlet camera but this is only usable by an app, we then purchased a v-tech at a later date as we needed the parent unit for when our little one was being baby-sat. However, the v-tech constantly has disconnection issues. After seeing the Peekyboo advertised on Instagram, I just had to buy it for our 2nd baby that is due in 3 months. The camera quality and sound is perfect, way better than our camera/monitor from v-tech. Not only that, the tilt and pan camera is the cutest design and plays lullaby’s when needed. It is able to be placed on a shelf, which is perfect for that first 6 months until baby is in their own room where we can then fix it to the wall. The SD card makes for recording of motion, which again our previous purchases either did not provide this feature or it failed to work correctly. We are so happy with our purchase.

Love the peekyboo camera and monitor. The picture is incredibly clear and the ability to move the camera lets you see everything.

The monitor and cameras are amazing! I’ve had to upgrade due to another baby and so happy I chose this brand! The quality is absolutely amazing compared to my other big branded monitor.

Couldn’t be happier with my peaky boo camera. The quality is something that I have an experience with any other monitor and easy to install and set up of the cameras fantastic alongside the easily to function monitor to be able to change settings etc. Was really easy to navigate.

What an amazing customer service.
We purchased the camera and monitor but there was a “wind” noise that we knew was a defect. Once we contacted customer service they replied promptly and replaced our camera immediately which was incredible. Great communication!

We bought peekyboo as a replacement for our failing and glitchy existing monitor. Best decision! If we had of known about peekyboo 17 months ago, we would have bought this instead. Love knowing that it's not connected to the internet, the sound quality is great, the sound when we use the mic is great and sounds so much better compared to our previous monitor. The video quality is great also, day or night.

Great product and everything I was looking for . Did have an issue where the button got stuck, customer service was amazing - responded within a day and sent a new one.

Love the baby monitor, gave me a peace of mind when I can see clearly despite the very dark room. Also the sound is clear. Also love that I am able to know the room temperature from the monitor.

Very impressed, the distance the monitor can be from the camera is brilliant for being outside etc while bub naps. My previous monitor that was more expensive would drop out consistently within the house, so the peekyboo has been a huge upgrade.

We have had no issues with connecting the monitors or viewing our sleeping baby! Easy to setup and have on the stand. The button didn't click too well after about 6 months, but the team arranged a replacement within 48hours and has been working like new again - great customer service on that front.
