My first order arrived with a connection issue but the customer service was super prompt and helpful. They didn’t just send a new unit but tested it before hand to make sure it works. I am impressed with the product and definitely recommend it if you want a hassle free baby monitor.

We are very happy with the Peekyboo baby monitor and camera bundle. The image on the monitor is excellent and the ability to swivel the camera is very handy.
We actually received the incorrect length of cable for the camera, however after letting customer service know they immediately posted the correct cable which was received next day. Very impressed with the communication and speed of rectification.

Highly recommend this set, changed over from another brand very happy! Great sound, display & awesome amount of setting options.
Couldn't be happier

We were looking for a new baby monitor, and there was a lot of boxes to tick - swivel head, good range, good picture, no wifi, etc. And this one has exceeded our expectations. We are able to get such a clear view of our bubs in bed now, and zoom in, which is amazing. The sound alerts are a little over sensitive, but that is literally the only downside! Would recommend.

I bought this monitor with 2 cameras as the one I originally had was hardly working and just really annoying me. I got the Peekyboo and had it set up in 10 minutes. Definitely one I'll be recommending to other parents. 10/10

We have been using the Peekyboo for a few months now and honestly cannot fault it. The picture quality is fantastic and the different setting options give awesome flexibility depending on where/how we are using the camera. On top of that, for the couple of times I’ve needed some support, the service provided by the team has been second to none. Couldn’t recommend this more!

The camera and monitor quality is superb. I was skeptical being FTM whether to buy wifi or non-wifi one. After using it for a while i realised i dont need wifi one considering the hacking risks with those products. Its easy to setup as soon as you unpack it. I am able to spend some time to do other chores during baby's nap time without constantly worrying. I hope in future you can bring the feature of motion alerts without recording. Thanks a lot for a great product.

We’ve used the camera and monitor for two months now and as first time parents it’s given us the peace of mind we’ve needed. We can adjust the alerts as needed, play lullabies to our baby without having an additional device, and keep an eye on bub wherever we are in the house. The alerts are especially perfect during the night without being too loud that we both wake up.

We spent a lot of time researching baby monitors and when this one popped up on OneBaby, I was sold. Love the ability to record without wifi connection and the zoom function is so clear. I didn’t realise the camera didn’t have a built in battery for use in a power outage but that’s an easy fix with a portable charger.

We absolutely love our peekyboo! The picture of the camera is exceptionally clear, and the monitor is incredibly user-friendly. The product lives up to its advertised capabilities. We did need to reach out to the support team for assistance, but the customer service they provided was exceptional. I have no qualms about either the team or the product.

We have a large home and live on property, the monitor has a great range and even reaches our outdoor area. The monitor is so clear and my baby loves looking up at the camera (which is so sweet to watch).
I received 2 sets for my baby shower and they kindly refunded one. I had to contact support for a minor issue with a button on the monitor, they were so quick to respond and sent out a replacement. I was so overwhelmed when looking at baby monitors when I was pregnant. So glad I purchased these ones, can’t fault it!
