Warranty Terms

We offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on all Peekyboo products from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal household use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions.

The manufacturer's warranty covers, but is not limited to:

  • A product that arrives damaged or defective.
  • Faults or failures caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Defects in the supplied power adapter or charging cable resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
