Here is the BIG PLUS: It doesn't rely on WIFI.
Originally we purchased a Peekyboo for safety reasons, now we understand the convenience of not having to go through WIFI to set it up each time we travel. The Peekyboo has been super reliable from day dot. Combine that with the incredible customer service... 100% highly recommend Peekyboo.

We purchased the baby monitor and camera with snake mount 14 months ago for our daughter.
It has been amazing so far. The video is excellent, we can adjust the alerts for when she cries or moves, so we are always notified. It's easy to setup, so if we go on holiday, we can take it all with us and setup is nice and easy. Peekyboo is highly recommended.

The Peekyboo team have been fantastic to deal with! I bought the monitor and 2 cameras a few months ago and am very happy with them, the sound and picture quality is perfect! Like I’m in the same room.
Recently we had a power surge in the house which caused the camera to malfunction. After some quick googling and troubleshooting, I emailed Peekyboo customer support.
The reply was very quick and they were able to talk me through further troubleshooting options, which ultimately fixed my cameras. The emails I received back were professional, supportive, quick, informative and also acknowledged my situation.
Very impressed with the customer service.
Would highly recommend buying this camera and monitor!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Peekyboo enough! We have absolutely loved our camera. The quality of the image is amazing, it has been so reliable, and we have never had any issues with it.
Unfortunately, I think my toddler managed to get his little hands on it and damaged the button 😂 Even though it was outside of the warranty period, the Peekyboo team were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us.
Their communication was so lovely and they made the whole process so easy. It’s honestly so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their products.

Can't fault them
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with our products and our support. If you need anything else, we're here to help!
Love how crystal clear video is and how I can hear every sound. Battery on parent unit lasts for what seems like forever. Used only one camera for a while and worked perfectly. Once I set second one up when my second child went to own room we started having a couple issues. Emailed support. They replied same day with trouble shooting. When that didn’t work they sent out a replacement immediately with a slip to return faulty ones so we weren’t without cameras at all. New ones seem great. Can’t fault them now! Definitely recommend them!
Hi Kirsty, thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're so glad the cameras are working perfectly and that our support team could assist promptly. Your recommendation means a lot to us. Thank you for being a Peekyboo customer!
I love having the option of changing the colour of my camera. I picked this colour for my toddler and he immediately noticed it had been changed from the original and kept commenting on how much he liked it. It adds a little extra fun to his room, and I think the price is very reasonable.
It absolutely made our day to hear that your toddler noticed the new colour straight away and loved it! Creating interchangeable camera skins was all about giving families a fun way to personalise their nursery or have Peekyboo fit nicely in a room, so it's lovely to know it's brought a smile to your little one's face.
We're also delighted to hear you found it to be great value. Thank you again for choosing Peekyboo for your family!
I love being able to match my camera to the colour scape I have chosen for my nursery. This is a soft, delicate green that looks beautiful with my white cot and dresser set.
Thank you so much for your lovely review!
We're so pleased to hear you're enjoying the interchangeable camera skin and that it complements your nursery so beautifully. We designed these accessories to let parents personalise their Peekyboo setup, so it's wonderful to know it's the perfect match for your little one's room!
Thank you again for your continued support.
I love using the Peekyboo camera and monitor system, so much so that I purchased an additional camera to add split screen monitoring for our newborn. The picture quality is extremely clear in the day and night, picks up all sound in the room, has excellent movement, and is quiet when moving. I have recommended it to so many parents. It has been such a great piece of equipment in our toddlers room since he was tiny and I'm so excited to be able to use the same technology again.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for your continued support of Peekyboo!
We're delighted to hear that you've expanded your system with an additional camera for your newborn and that you're enjoying the split-screen monitoring. It's fantastic to know the picture quality, sound, and camera movement have met your expectations, and we're especially grateful that you've recommended Peekyboo to so many other parents.
Wishing you and your growing family all the very best, and thank you again for choosing Peekyboo!
Mia from customer service was so knowledgeable and friendly. She sent a replacement cord and I received within 2 days. Would definitely recommend this camera.
