If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please refer to the information below to find the best course of action.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. Please email us at support@peekyboo.com.au within that time frame if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer an exchange or refund unless your purchase is covered under our warranty terms.

To be eligible for a “no-questions-asked” money-back guarantee your item must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in.

To complete your return, we will require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

You will assume all costs for returning your shipment. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post or a trackable shipping service. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Peekyboo will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 days for the returned order to be inspected and reviewed.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original purchase payment method.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at support@peekyboo.com.au so that we can review the details of the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

If your purchase was damaged while in transit to you please email us immediately at support@peekyboo.com.au so that we can open an investigation with our shipping partner. Please be aware that we may require photo evidence of any shipping damage in order to proceed with a claim.

Warranty Terms

We offer a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty on all purchased Peekyboo products. Proof of purchase guarantees the warranty which is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers any product fault or failure arising from the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover user damage. In addition, all product handling instructions and warnings must be adhered to for the warranty to be valid.

Protection includes, but is not limited to:

  • A product arriving damaged or in sub-par condition.
  • Device fault or failure.
  • Power cord failure.

Protection does not include:

  • Any product failure or damage due to improper use (failure to follow usage instructions).
  • Product failure or damage caused by incorrect set-up or incorrect power supply application.
  • Product failure or damage caused by dropping, impact or water damage.
  • Scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user.
  • Superficial dents, scratches or marks on packaging box on arrival.

Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval and adequate evidence of the issue. Once your warranty has been successfully activated, we will notify you of the outcome and whether a refund, repair or exchange is applicable.
