We had an issue with a strange interference sound coming through our camera monitor, but we reached out to customer service and our camera was replaced, with no fuss. Great customer service, especially from a lady named Mia. Everything is now working perfectly, again.
Great accessory for being able to use camera very close to baby when she's in her cot. Very easy to assemble and keeps camera still & in place.

Excellent product with it being very easy to set up and use. The picture is very clear and the sound is great so I can always keep an eye on baby. Would definitely purchase again. Customer service has been excellent and they always respond very quickly.

It's a great camera pair that's out the network which is what I want. Coverage is very good, working even when the camera is furthest room in upstairs and monitor is downstairs.

We have a Joie co sleeper which doesn't really have many places for the snake mount to wrap around, however have managed to make it work. It is long enough that it can wrap around the bassinet legs a couple times to make it more secure and is very easy to bend but doesn't feel flimsy. It'll work better once bub moves to the cot and there's more places to secure it, but that's nothing against the mount itself.

Excellent camera, all features as expected. I started with a faulty camera and the customer service was very quick to replace and allow me to keep the slightly faulty one until a new one returned so I didn’t need to go without a monitor.

I am so happy with my Peekyboo purchases! For my baby shower last year I was gifted two cameras, a monitor and a mount. Recently I purchased another mount for the second camera. I had an issue with one of the cameras and was blown away by the level of support and care that I received from their customer service team. They went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I was happy. I love the how easy the cameras are to use and they are very effective with noise and movement detection. 5 stars!!!

Absolutely love this business and their product. We have had our peekyboo monitor for over a year now. I recently contacted the peekyboo people on their chat after I experience a minor problem with my monitor. They sent me a brand new replacement and a software update for my current cameras.

I love our camera and monitor. I love that I can move the camera without being in the room and that it doesn’t use wifi. We’ve taken it on holidays with us and it’s so easy to set up! We recently started having issues with our camera, and once we worked out the problem, they sent us a new one straight away. Great product and great customer service.

I really love the Peekyboo cameras & monitor. They are far superior in all aspects compared to my previous “big brand name” monitor and are so easy to set up and use. I recently had to contact the customer support team and not only was that process incredibly easy with their online chat option, their communication was very prompt, kind and clear they immediately resolved a little issue I was having with such efficiency, I have never received such quick responses and easy action from any other customer support team ever.

So happy with our Peekyboo duel cameras and monitor. We have a second baby arriving in April and the split screen is perfect for keeping an eye on both at the same time. So clear, amazing picture and so easy to use. We also love the lullaby and white noise feature. Wish we bought sooner!
